How to Install Script Mods in Palworld (UE4SS)

👾 Palworld Modding Basics

Palworld mods generally fall into two categories: simple asset replacements ("Logic Mods") and advanced scripts that require the UE4SS framework.

🛠️ UE4SS Framework (Required for Scripts)

1. Download UE4SS.
2. Extract the contents to: Palworld\Pal\Binaries\Win64
3. Your script mods will go into the Mods subfolder created by UE4SS.

📦 Logic Mods (.pak Files)

These are simpler mods for textures, models, or basic balance changes.

1. Navigate to: Pal\Content\Paks
2. Create a new folder named ~mods (the tilde is important).
3. Drop your .pak mod files into this ~mods folder.

⚠️ Note for Game Pass Users

If you are playing on Xbox/PC Game Pass, the folder structure is slightly different: XboxGames\Palworld\Content\Pal\Binaries\WinGDK
